OUR STORY

Keeping our promise since 2009

What matters most to our team is finding you the right fit, whether it’s a first home, retirement property, revenue investment or a commercial building.

Today, Craig’s Home Sales has earned its reputation as a trusted name in modular homes across Western Canada. As an authorized Moduline retailer, our skilled team is committed to excellence and to paying close attention to every detail. We start by listening to what our customers need, then do everything we can to make it happen. Craig Andres

BIO

I was born and raised in Southern Alberta and have spent my career building businesses in this part of the province. In 2008, I saw a need for a high-quality, affordable distributor of modular and manufactured homes in the region. After researching the market, I opened Craig’s Home Sales in 2009 as an authorized Moduline retail center. Moduline has been building homes for Canadians for over 40 years, and we’re proud to be part of that history.

I’ve been trained by factory professionals in every part of the process, from construction to delivery to warranty, and I bring that knowledge to every customer I work with. Alongside our committed sales and support team, my goal is to ensure every customer feels supported throughout their purchase, whether they’re looking for a single-family home, multi-family housing or a commercial structure. Much of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers, which I take as the best measure of how we’re doing. Stop in to walk through our show homes, or let us design something custom for you.

BIO

With more than 25 years in sales, I’ve learned that listening is the most important thing I can do to help people find the right home. Once I understand what someone is looking for, I can offer options and solutions that take some of the guesswork out of the process.

I grew up in a small agricultural town, moved to Lethbridge 16 years ago and have lived and worked in many different communities along the way. That range of experience makes it easier for me to connect with all kinds of people, which is something I really value about the work I do at Craig’s Home Sales.

Whatever you are looking for in a modular home, I’m here to help you every step along the way.

Tiffany Clarke
Warranty Coordinator
BIO

I bring more than 15 years of customer service experience to my role as Warranty Coordinator at Craig’s Home Sales. The opportunity to support people’s needs has instilled in me a customer-first philosophy that makes my job both gratifying and challenging in all the right ways.

In my role, I work closely with home buyers, our sales team and our factory partners to make sure every detail is handled with care from delivery through move-in. My goal is to make the warranty process feel responsive and straightforward, so that new homeowners can settle into their modular home with ease.
